Lean Startup Lab is a 2-day intensive, hands-on bootcamp designed for university students who want to learn how to turn ideas into real, impactful solutions.
THE FRAMEWORK
It's based on the Lean Startup methodology — a global framework used to create and launch new products or services by testing ideas quickly, getting real customer feedback, and improving step by step.
Instead of guessing what might work, you'll learn how to build, measure, and learn, helping you minimize risk and maximize learning from the very beginning.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
The program is structured around doing, not listening. Over two intensive days, you and your team will move through the full cycle of problem identification, user research, solution building, and pitching — guided by experienced mentors at every step.
Work in teams with other students
Identify real-world problems
Test your ideas with real users
Build and refine solutions using the
Lean Startup Canvas Learn how to develop and validate ideas quickly and efficiently
You'll be guided by experienced mentors throughout, and at the end, your team will pitch your idea and receive feedback.
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Most programs teach you the Lean Startup methodology as a concept. We put you inside it. Instead of spending months planning, you will move fast, get uncomfortable, and learn from real data.
Validate ideas early (customer validation)
Rapidly iterate and improve your solution
Focus on what people actually need, not assumptions
WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN
